- On Wednesday, the Baltimore Longshoremen traded F Travis Gauss to the Quebec Tigres for minor-league F Ranno Kalda. (For more details on this trade, click here.) After completing the trade, the Longshoremen assigned Kalda to their CHL affiliate in Fargo. To make room for Gauss on their roster, the Tigres assigned F Yann Eberlein to their farm team in Halifax. Eberlein appeared in 2 games for Quebec, recording no points and a 48.9% CF.
- On Friday, the Kansas City Smoke activated RW Tyler Cloude from the injured list. Cloude missed three weeks with a lower-body injury that he sustained in the third game of the season. The Smoke already had an open roster spot, having returned Cleo Rodgers to the minors last week, so they did not need to make a compensating move to allow Cloude to return.
